Like a wine course, but better.
Six weeks online, one wine at a time — then dinner together in Toronto.
Every Thursday for six weeks, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., we meet online and open the same bottle. Six wines, chosen by me, are delivered to you before we meet — one for each week. On week seven, we meet in person over dinner downtown.
I don't sell wine — I choose it. Your six bottles come from a licensed Ontario wine agent, and the cost is covered by your course fee.
Each week you'll:
Learn to taste, technically
Learn the story behind each wine
Discover new and interesting bottles
Meet like-minded people and make new friends
Dates: October 22 to December 3, 2026.
Price: $900 + HST, including six tastings, six wines and one seat at the wine dinner. Extra dinner tickets $300 + HST.
Open to Ontario residents, 19+. Spaces are limited.

Can more than one participant join the tastings?
Yes. But each the fee for each particpant is $900, including the tasting links, wine and one seat at the dinner.
How many extra seats at the dinner may I buy?
Each participant may order one extra dinner ticket, to keep the event intimate.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund will be provided if cancelled 14 days or more before the course begins; 50% refund is offered if cancelled 7-14 days before it begins; and no refund issued once the wine has been sent and/or the course has begun. Full details captured in agreement signed upon enrolment.
Where will the dinner take place?
The location of the dinner is shared on the last week of tastings. It will be located in central Toronto.
What wines will be tasted during the course?
A selection of bottles curated by Carolyn will be tasted during the course, in a range of styles.
